Transforming Online Presences:
Website Redesigns & Rebuilds
A website is often the first introduction a client, funder, or Apprentice ever walks through - so it has to hold up.
Below is a look at the digital builds and rebuilds we've led: full website redesigns, Apprenticeship and program guides, and homepages built from the ground up.
Same standard as everything else we touch - clean, credible, and built to work as hard as the people it represents.
Rebranding CISCO: A Modern Digital Front Door for Union Construction
The Construction Industry Service Corporation (CISCO) has spent decades connecting Union Contractors, Apprentices, and skilled Trades workers - but its website hadn't kept pace with its mission. The old site buried key resources like the Apprenticeship Guide and Wage Guide in a cluttered sidebar, leaned on a generic stock photo hero, and used a dense text-link navigation bar that made it hard for Apprentices, Contractors, and members to find what they needed fast.
Punch List Consulting & Visual Designs led a full front-end redesign that gave CISCO a digital presence as strong as its reputation in the field:
Bolder brand identity - an oversized, high-contrast logo lockup that reads clearly at a glance
Streamlined navigation - text links replaced with clean, button-style menu items (Apprenticeship Info, About, CISCO News, Education-To-Careers, Events & Photos, Members, Resources) so visitors reach key pages in one click
Modern visual hierarchy - a simplified header and hero treatment that put "Apprenticeship Info," CISCO's most-requested resource, front and center
Consistent brand color system - a refined maroon-and-black palette applied uniformly across navigation, buttons, and calls to action
The result is a site that feels credible to funders and partners, is easier for apprentices and job seekers to navigate on any device, and gives CISCO's staff a cleaner foundation to keep publishing news and events.

Rebuilding St. Paul Community Development Ministries’ Digital Home for Workforce Development
St. Paul Church of God in Christ Community Development Ministries (SPCDM) runs a Pre-Apprenticeship Construction Training Program that has helped connect Chicago residents to U.S. Department of Labor registered Apprenticeships and Union Construction careers for years.
But the organization's original website - built on a dated, image-heavy template in landscape format - buried that mission behind a generic nighttime skyline photo, tiny overlapping navigation links, and dense walls of text that made it hard for prospective trainees, funders, and partners to quickly understand what SPCDM does.
Punch List Consulting & Visual Designs led a full rebuild, now live at stpaultraining.org:
Purpose-built navigation - clear, single-row menu items (Training Program, Entry Requirements, Partnerships, Success Stories, The Pastor's Pen, Leadership, Donate, Church History) so visitors can act immediately
Program-first messaging - the hero section now leads with the actual offer, the Pre-Apprenticeship Construction Training Program, instead of decorative stock imagery
Consistent visual identity - the SPCDM seal, a refined navy-and-gold palette, and clean typography replace the mismatched color blocks and small card layout of the old site
Real program imagery - a photo of an actual trainee on a job site now anchors the homepage, giving visitors an authentic look at the program in action
